Tim K Jones is a professional artist, he studied at Curtin University and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts followed by a post graduate art education degree. Tim’s catalogue journeys from the panoramic through to figurative works, animal images and still life. Using traditional and new media his art is experimental with many eclectic influences. Elements of the figurative, post-impressionist, surreal and expressionist movements are evident in his style. Tim regularly holds solo and group exhibitions at leading Blue Mountains galleries, he has been a finalist in major national art prizes. His work has been selected for the Blue Mountains City Art Gallery “Blue Mountains Portraits Exhibition” over many years..

Artist Statement
Art is a representation of one’s perception that allows the viewer to enter evocative spaces. Art stimulates the mind and the refreshed mind re-engages with the world.
