Tim's art aims to expand minds, change perceptions, open hearts to suffering & injustice. He states, "Art is a visual conversation between the viewer & the artist."

Born in Western Australia he studied at the Western Australian Institute of Technology and received a Bachelor of Arts (Fine Arts) with a major in Printmaking. Subsequent art degree qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma of Education (secondary Art & English teaching) from Curtin University, formerly W.A.I.T.

Tim works and lives in Mount Victoria, a historic village at the top of the Blue Mountains. Solo exhibitions are held annually complemented by displays in many group and art competitions and exhibitions. He is actively involved in early childhood art education. His hobbies include gardening, predominantly vegetable and herbs for the table. History is another hobby and he performs curatorial and other duties at his local historical museum situated in the Victorian era local train station.
